 Event FAQs:

Will there be food available to purchase?

Yes. We will be providing meals for sale Friday evening and Saturday for lunch and dinner with a gluten-free option available. There will be no pre-ordered meals this year. Meals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Also, Rolling Hills will be selling coffee and snacks from their Atrium Café.

What about children, children's activities? Do they have to register as well? Will the Global Fair be back?

Yes, by very popular demand, the Children’s Global Fair, specifically created for elementary-age children, will be back! It's a great place for children to be introduced to missions' concepts in thought-provoking ways under parental supervision. Look for this Saturday from 11:00am-2:30pm and from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

As always, we do ask children age 12 and up to register.

Will there be overflow parking?

No. This year’s venue, Rolling Hills Community Church, should have sufficient parking to meet the needs of the capacity of the building. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON BORLAND ROAD. It is not safe and it is possible that law enforcement may feel it necessary to take action which could include having cars towed at the owner’s expense.

Do I have to preregister?

Yes, please. We are anticipating near record number of attendees and need everyone to register ahead of time so that we can manage the occupancy of the facility. We will not be equipped to register crowds of people on-site.

Do I have to preprint my tickets?

No. We have changed our system this year, and we will have your tickets waiting for you when you arrive. Please go to the main entrance for check-in.

Can I check-in with a paperless ticket on my smart phone?

With our new registration system this year, you will not even receive a ticket via email, only a ticket confirmation. Please go to the main entrance for check-in.

Will the workshops and plenary sessions be recorded?

Yes. Workshops and plenary speaker sessions will be recorded and available soon after the event is completed. However, due to the sensitivity of some ministries, a very few number of workshops may not be available post-conference. While we do apologize for this inconvenience, we also ask for your understanding as we protect these ministries.

Please watch our website,, for availability within a week or two after the end of the conference.

Mission ConneXion

Our Vision: God’s People Effectively Mobilized in Mission

Our Mission -- Mission ConneXion exists to connect local churches and individuals to mission so that increasing numbers of believers are actively serving in areas of the world’s greatest need and opportunity.

Our Values

Piority ~Mission ConneXion is a Biblically-based, Spirit-led, and prayer-empowered mobilizing movement that elevates the necessity and priority of missions in the local Church.

Holistic ~ We operate in a holistic mindset where Sending, Giving, Praying, Funding, Training, Going, and all the other multi-faceted roles of the body of Christ are mobilized to fulfill the Great Commission.

Church Driven ~ We lift up and focus on the role of the local Church as the center of missions' engagement calling for action and sacrifice on the part of all so that the Church can fulfill its calling.

Unity & Collaboration ~ We promote and encourage multi-church and multi-agency participation in a collaborative and unified approach, connecting people to opportunities and discovery of their God-given role in missions both locally and across the globe.

Relational ~ We are supported, implemented, and dependent upon Volunteers and area churches. We respect the diversity in the body of Christ while promoting unity in our common task of taking the Gospel of the Kingdom to every tongue, tribe, people, and nation.
