9:45AM – 10:05AM Talk 1 by Bill Schrull on the call to go on an International Mission, challenges, lessons, joy and inspiration. 12 minutes talk and 8 minutes table reflection.

10:05AM – 10:25AM Talk 2 by Tracy Johnson Russell on the call to serve the local neighborhood, challenges, lessons, joy and inspiration. 12 minutes talk and 8 minutes table reflection.

10:25AM – 10:45AM Talk 3 by Peter Stebinger on the call to go on disaster relief, challenges, lessons, joy and inspiration. 12 minutes talk and 8 minutes table reflection.

10:45AM – 11:30AM BREAK and Networking [During this time, attendees use sticky notes to indicate which groups they wish to attend for Table Talks. CIM members plan room assignments for Table Talks accordingly]

11:30AM – 12:30AM 8-10 Table Talks First Session – CIM members to act as facilitators. Context scenarios provided.

12:30AM – 1:30PM Lunch and Networking

1:30PM – 2:30PM 8-10 Table Talks Second Session – CIM members to act as facilitators. Context scenarios provided.

2:30PM – 3:00PM Popcorn summation, Worship music, prayer, and sending to the mission field.
