Come and experience pageantry at its best as the men of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated crown our 2019 Miss Phi Beta Sigma for the state of Florida. The winner will move on to Tampa in 2019 to compete for Miss Phi Beta Sigma Southern Region and possibly then compete in Las Vegas, Nevada for the crown of International Miss Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated.
