Elman is a world-renowned expert on conflict and the Middle East, and an Associate Professor of Political Science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Additionally, she is the new incoming Executive Director of the Academic Engagement Network (AEN), an organization fighting the anti-Israeli Boycott Divest & Sanction movement.

The 2019-20 ICON Season includes the following speakers:

   1.  7:00 PM September 24, 2019.  Prof. Miriam Elman, Ph.D.: "The New Antisemitism: Hate on the American Campus and in our Communities." (Co-Sponsored by Voice4Israel NC)

   2.  7:00 PM October 22, 2019.  Andrew Taylor, Ph.D.:  "Minority Report: The Status of Conservatives on the    21st Century American College Campus."

   3.  7:00 PM March 17, 2020.  Adam Michel: "The Progressive Roadmap to Soak the Middle Class."

   4.  7:00 PM April 21, 2020.  Colonel Douglas MacGregor (retired): "U.S. Foreign Policy Challanges."

Admission to the 2019-20 ICON Lecture Series events can be purchased online for $80 for the Season - a savings of $3.05 of transaction fees compared with purchasing individual tickets for each event.  Individual tickets for each event are $20.  Please purchase online.  Tickets will also be sold at the door for each event for $25.  However, availability of door tickets may be limited due to venue capacity.

STUDENTS WITH A ONLINE TICKETS ARE ADMITTED FREE.  THERE IS A LIMITED SUPPLY ONLINE TICKETS!
