MINNETONKA CLASS OF '77 40TH REUNION

Please join us for the Minnetonka Class of '77 40th Reunion! Our private, casual event will be held at the beautiful Lafayette Club on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. We'll gather downstairs in the Fairway Room, with our own private bar and reception buffet, comfy gathering spots, casual dining tables and more. An outdoor patio and firepit will be ours for the evening, along with lawnspace for gathering and sweeping views of Crystal Bay.
Registration begins at 6:00 p.m. with the Hors d'oeuvres Reception Buffet served from 7:15 until 9:15, after which it will be unavailable. Cookies, bars, coffee and snacks will be provided afterwards.
Early Bird cost for the event is $38.00 per person. Beginning 6/1/2017 ticket prices increase to $43.00 per person. Beginning 7/15/2017 ticket prices increase to $50. (To register and purchase by check or credit card, click green ticket button). Ticket sales end 8/1/2017. Admittance fee covers the event space, private bartender, valet, the hors d'oeuvres buffet, after dinner snacks, additional amenities, and online service fees. Cash bar is optional. Full refunds are available until 8/1/17 if unable to attend. Money will be refunded after event date. May purchase tickets at the door after 9:15 p.m. for $50. Cash or check only.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION and frequently asked questions
Who should I contact with questions? Email Paula Mott-Berndt: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line write "reunion."
Do I need to register to attend? Yes. Please do. And register early so we may plan accordingly. If you arrive after 9:15, you will still be charged a full fee even though the buffet will no longer be available. This is to encourage everyone to register before the event and to partake in the full night's festivities, enjoying all foods and services provided.
What's on the menu? There will be an Antipasto Display of assorted meats, cheeses, olives, baguettes and crackers. Warm spinach artichoke dip. Thai Peanut Satay. Crab Cakes, and Vegetable Spring Rolls with ginger dipping sauce. Coffee and iced tea will be available throughout the evening. Cookies, bars, and snacks after 9:30 p.m.
Is there a dress code? No. Dress as casual as you like, there is no 'dress' code at the club. Our event space has a 'pub' feel (think T-Wrights) so don't be daunted by the elegant history of this Country Club.
Will there be music? Yes. There will be music provided to liven the atmosphere, but no DJ as this class has never been one to 'shake it out' on the dance floor :-) However, if the spirit moves you to dance, there will be plenty of floor space.
Can I bring my own food or beverages, or bring food home? No. Due to the Health Departments regulations and Club Policy, food and beverage consumed on premise must be provide by Lafayette Club. Health Department regulations prohibit the club from allowing guests to take home extra food or beverages.
Are there areas at the Lafayette Club that are off limits? Yes. This is a private club and most likely other events will be taking place. Also, please be respectful of all the club's lawnspace as there are fairways surrounding the areas for our use. Signs will be posted.
Can we order our own food? No. This is a Member's Only Club, no public accomodations are available. Food will be provided for paying guests for the duration of the evening. Additionally, Lafayette Club does not serve any alcohol shots.
Is smoking allowed on the property? Yes. Pre-established areas for smoking are available.
VACATE and LAST CALL TIMES: The Club closes at 12:30am. All guests must vacate the property, unless staying in hotel rooms, no later than 1:00am. There will be a $200 charge if guests have not vacated the premises by 1:00 a.m. All centerpieces & supplies must be taken down and removed from the building at the conclusion of your event. All bars will close 15 minutes prior to Club closing time.

For those interested in viewing an itemized spreadsheet for this event, and all invoices rendered, a copy can be sent to you via email after August 10, 2017. This ensures the collected funds have been distributed properly with no one person benefiting financially. Any funds left over will be put into a bank account for future reunions. This amount will be made public upon request.
