This training is for Minnesota residents ONLY.
A professionally trained workforce is extremely important to the continuing improvement of substance abuse prevention services in Minnesota. The Substance Abuse Prevention Skills Training (SAPST) curriculum is designed to provide up-to-date, evidence-based information to the prevention field. The SAPST is a 40 hour training (including a pre-training, online session). When the full training is complete, participants receive a certificate that they can submit to become a Certified Prevention Professional.
$250 - includes SAPST manual and breakfast, lunch and snacks each training day
Not included: evening meals, hotel, transportation, or fees associated with applying for and submitting the CPP certificate
Scholarships are not available for this event.
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard St. Cloud for this event. Rooms are available for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at a rate of $119/night (plus tax).
