Free Data Training from the Minnesota Population Center! Register here for our IPUMS-CPS workshop.
The Minnesota Population Center is one of the world's leading developers of demographic data resources. We provide population data to thousands of researchers, policymakers, teachers, and students. All MPC data are available over the internet at no cost. See ipums.org for details on our data projects.
IPUMS CPS contains harmonized data on people in the Current Population Survey, every March from 1962 to the present. IPUMS CPS makes the analysis of social and economic change much easier via its use of microdata. Each record is a person, with all characteristics of people in the context of their families or other co-residents. This workshop will teach you how to use our data extraction system. No experience required.
