Minnesota Peacebuilding Film Series: Happy

About this event

*Due to concerns around COVID-19, Peacebuilding films will be held online via Zoom. A link will be sent to participants shortly before the film starts.

Inspiring and Instigating Timely Nonviolent Action

Join our local community for our monthly Peacebuilding Film Series! This event is free and open to the public.

This Month's Feature Film: Happy

Happy combines cutting-edge science from the new field of positive psychology with real-life stories of people from around the world whose lives illustrate these findings, taking us on a journey from the swamps of Louisiana to the slums of Kolkata in search of what really makes people happy.

After the film, attendees will have an opportunity to discuss the film with others to respond to the following questions:

What? So What? Now What?

1. What did you learn and discover? What insights did this film provide?

2. Why is this topic and information important for our community now?

3. How am I going to take what I learned and make a positive difference within my spheres of influence now?

MN Peacebuilding depends on people just like you to provide financial support for our community education trainings and events. If you have financial resources, please make a donation either on this Eventbrite page or a single or monthly recurring donation here: https://www.givemn.org/organization/Minnesota-Peacebuilding-Leadership-Institute
