Dr. Cathy Breedon is the Clinical and Metabolic Nutrition Specialist and Perinatal/Pediatric Nutrition Specialist at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at University of North Dakota School of Medicine. She annually presents over 20 national and state workshops for health professionals around the United States. Her Ph.D. in Nutrition is from the University of Minnesota and she also holds master’s degrees in Nutrition and Psychology. She completed a post-graduate fellowship in Pediatric Nutrition at Indiana University / Purdue University in Indianapolis (IUPUI), and she is board certified as a Pediatric Nutrition Specialist by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Anne McMahon, RDN is an experienced training and consulting professional with significant business background in the food service and healthcare industry. Areas of expertise include: food sanitation and safety along with nutrition and food science. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics; Food and Human Nutrition, Food Service Management, University of Wisconsin - Stout; Menomonie, Wisconsin.
Kari Stolz, RD, LD is Regional Director of Food & Beverage for Transforming Age, a national not-for-profit organization specializing in senior care. She has over twenty years of experience in the field of senior living food service providing operational, budgetary, and clinical consultation to Transforming Age communities primarily in Minnesota. She has been a preceptor for the University of MN – TEP Dietetic Internship for the past fourteen years. She currently serves on the board of the Minnesota Consultant Dietitians as Education Co-Chair. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Mankato State University.
Christine A. Van Dongen, PhD, Head, Sensory & Consumer Preference, Nestlé Health Science. Chris has a PhD in developmental psychology from Vanderbilt University. She has worked for over 20 years as a sensory scientist in consumer package goods companies both food and non-food and ingredients. She specializes in sensory and consumer test methods. Chris’ passion and goal is to advance the field of sensory evaluation so it is recognized as an essential function for successful products.
