How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them online?
Tickets purchased on-line, will receive an email confirmation with a link to print your eTickets from your computer.
I did not receive an email confirmation when I ordered my tickets, what should I do?
Check your spam or gray mail folder, in case it was misdirected. If you are unable to find it, email firstname.lastname@example.org to have it resent. Please include the name and email address used to order the tickets.
I am not able to print my tickets, what should I do?
Adobe has a site which reviews the common issues with printing .pdf files

The tickets have my name but I want to give them as a gift, donate, etc., can the be used by someone else?
Yes, the tickets are transferrable. The name on the ticket does not need to be the ticket holder at the gate. If you would like to have the name on the ticket changed or removed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, we can update the tickets on your behalf.

How to I get to the EcoTrust Natural Capital Center Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center?

Where can I park?
If you need to drive to the Natural Capital Center, consider parking at Station Place. http://www.portlandonline.com/smartpark/index.cfm?c=35506 On-street parking is also available nearby.
You can also try your luck in the NCC parking lot. The Natural Capital Center has 34 spaces that are available after 5PM Monday – Friday, and on weekends, free of charge, on a first come first served basis. A dozen spaces are open all the time for two-hour visitor parking. Parking patrol is strict, events often exceed two hours, and a fine is $50.
What are the public transportation options?

How much are the tickets?
Full price tickets are $99 and available via the EventBrite site up until the day of the event.
There are a select number of student priced tickets available for $25, and early bird tickets are available for $50 through July 7.
Walk-in/on site ticket purchases are are not available.
Will there be food onsite?

Coffee, tea and water will be provided at the conference.
No Refunds/Exchanges. Tickets cannot be replaced.
