Are Clients Always the Bad Guy? by Eugene Gagolinan
Clients are sometimes perceived as the bad guy. Most often than not difficult clients become projects from hell. This doesn't have to be and there is a way to make this relationship much better.

Join me as I talk about some tools that modern designers should have in their arsenal when working with clients.
