BUSINESS AND BENEFITS

Representatives from New York State of Health will be on hand to provide an overview of the New York State’s Official Health Plan Marketplace. You will learn some basics about the Marketplace—what it is, who can enroll, and how to access resources for enrollment assistance and improving personal health insurance literacy. You’ll hear about the affordable plan options available in each of the Marketplace programs, as well as financial assistance that may be available to help cover premium costs and cost sharing reductions. Finally, you’ll learn a little about the Small Business Marketplace and federal tax credits that are now more accessible for qualifying small businesses. Plus, you'll hear from Ed Gresco from CSEA/VOICE for a discussion on the group's history, member rights, and benefits and services available to New York State family/group family providers. OCFS 5
