Know a child who loves gaming? Join us for a fun event to hang out, enjoy some games, and learn about modding and programming.
About this event
"This event is cheaper than babysitting and more fun than an amusement park!" - Us, but it's true.
Bring your child for an AWESOME night of Minecraft where they can meet new friends and play on our private Minecraft server! All attendees can sync up and play together, compete in builder challenges, and show off their favorite creations.
Activities
- Enjoy playing Minecraft with other people at the event
- Learn how to write code with JavaScript
- Build amazing Minecraft creations (projects, mods, servers) with other participants
Important Info:
- Bring a device with Minecraft (version 1.18) installed (PC, gaming console, etc., recommended: Java edition) or let us know in advance if you require a laptop rental (limited numbers). We have monitors to hook your system up to!
- Cost is $15 if you pre-register, $20 at the door. Snacks/Drinks included.
- Check in begins at 5:30. Come early to set up and start playing to make sure your child is ready when the party starts!
- The fun is capped at 32 participants this time. This event has sold out before, register now so you don't miss out.
- Parents are encouraged to stay at Awesome Inc throughout the event (we have free wifi, and plenty of comfy couches to hang out on).

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We have plenty of free parking nearby. See map for parking options.
What should I bring to the event?
Each student should bring his/her own laptop or console with Minecraft installed. We have a limited number of rentals laptops for $25 / day, which should be reserved prior to the event.
Some participants like to wear Minecraft-themed clothing or bring along Minecraft-themed toys (optional).
Minecraft-themed refreshments will be available, but a full meal will not be provided.
Are there any age limits for participants?
The recommended age range for this event is 6 - 15. Parents are asked to stay at Awesome Inc throughout the event (we have free wifi, and plenty of comfy couches to hang out on).
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope! We'll have each student's name on the registration list, so you do not need to print out your ticket.
