About this event
Mindstrong is an impactful, fun-filled fitness, tennis, and social event that will raise awareness and donations in support of Mental Health Awareness Month.
100% of your $30 registration and all other donations will benefit Chicago-based non-profit organization, Hope For The Day (HFTD) which focuses on suicide prevention by providing outreach and mental health education.
Participants in the Mindstrong event have the opportunity to choose up to four signature Midtown exercise programs, including yoga, dance, strength, Cardio Tennis, and more.
The Chromium restaurant will be open for the duration of the event serving light refreshments. Pop in and out of this space as your exercise schedule allows, and meet some great, new people.
Guests welcome, no membership required for this event.
Schedule for the event:
- 3:00PM - 3:30PM: Power Vinyasa*, The Barre*, or Cardio Tennis*
- 3:45PM - 4:15PM: Ignite*, 312*, or Cardio Tennis*
- 4:30PM - 5:00PM: ReGen*, WERQ*, or Cardio Tennis*
- 5:15PM - 5:45PM: Mindfulness & Yoga*, FitMix*, or Cardio Tennis*

*Program Descriptions:
- Power Vinyasa: This challenging yoga class links movement and breath as it exhilarates your body. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and leave feeling rejuvenated.
- The Barre: Use targeted bodyweight movements and hold challenging positions to build strength, tone up, and increase flexibility.
- Ignite: Burn hot in this intense, muscle sculpting mind+body program. This class combines weights and cardio bursts to create an experience like no other.
- 312: This high-energy, total body workout incorporates cardio, strength, and core in every class. Three workouts, one instructor, no two workouts the same.
- ReGen: Promote recovery, relieve tightness, and improve posture through dynamic stretching and targeted trigger point myofascial release techniques.
- WERQ: A fiercely fun cardio dance class based on the hottest pop, rock, and hip-hop music.
- Mindfulness & Yoga: Mindfulness practices combine with gentle yoga to reduce stress, strengthen your mind+body connection, and improve your wellbeing in this all-levels class.
- FitMix: Have fun, get moving, and enjoy core, cardio, and strength workouts set to a carefully curated, themed playlist. Every song is a different workout, and every class is a new playlist.
- Cardio Tennis: A high-energy tennis workout that features fast-paced drills choreographed to heart-pumping music for players of all ability levels. (Racquets available for use.)
