What can I bring to the event?
Gold/Silver Level: Table Cloths, Power Strips.
All Levels: 2 representatives from your company/organization (Max), Backdrops, laptop, brochures, products, etc.
When is setup?
Vendors may arrive at after 7:30 am the day of the event to begin setup on the exhibit hall floor.
What materials will be provided when conducting a workshop?
Submit your workshop proposal/outline including title of workshop to https://myobexpohouston.wufoo.com/forms/z1pbbeok0xvosvu/
Room set up, projector, podium, microphone, one flip chart with markers, AV support, and Free WiFi access. You will need to bring your own laptop.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
The registration is specific to your company/organization and is not transferable/shareable to/with another organization. Only 2 representatives per company.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. The deadline to do so is February 13, 2017.
Do I need to complete a workshop propoasl in order to conduct a workshop?
