MindfulShift: A Meditation Workshop for Nurses
Overview
Nursefully presents MindfulShift: a 6-week meditation workshop created specifically for nurses who want to feel more grounded, present, and connected in their work and personal lives. Led by Kelly Magee, a nurse and meditation teacher, and Carolyn Fulton, a licensed clinical social worker, this series offers a supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Who It’s For
Nurses at any career stage who feel emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves, or ready to find a healthier rhythm. No meditation experience required.
