Description

Grounded in contemporary interpersonal neurobiology, this training introduces athletes to practices in self-awareness, self-regulation and other emotional intelligence skills. Athletes will train in awareness and compassion through various mindfulness drills and practices.

This training will familiarize athletes with the concepts of secular mindfulness, the science of resiliency and performance, and how these skills in the box, at work and in society can translate to stronger pro-social behavior, cultivation of healthy habits and contribute to a stronger, happier and more resilient life.

Professional and Olympic sport teams are translating neurobiology to the performance arena to enhance the sport and the athlete’s lives beyond the court.

This training translates this new science to practical skills that athletes can weave into their training rhythms and lifestyles.

Join us for a workshop where we weave science, mindfulness practice and sport together for a learning experience to last a lifetime.
