Description

Join us for a session of mindfulness at our Creative Arts Festival.

Mindfulness is a relatively new branch of psychology, primarily used to help a person therapeutically. Students will learn how to feel calm, resourceful and emotionally stable. An overview and strategies to successfully cope with stressful situations and minimise or even eliminate unwanted mind/emotion states like excessive anger, anxiety and sadness.
