Event description

Description

Children have an inherent sense of presence. A parent’s life, on the other hand, is a constant balancing act. It would be nice to relearn the art of being present, a skill that we were born with. What if we used parenting as an opportunity to learn mindfulness from our little gurus? In the process, we start seeing a shift in our families – our children become more compliant, and our lives become richer.

Please join mindfulness teacher and neuroscience researcher Ayman Mukerji Househam on September 30, 2017 to begin your mindful parenting journey.

Paraphrasing Mahatma Gandhi, “Be the change that you wish to see.”

To celebrate Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, we will also have a brief workshop for kids.

Spiced chai will be served after the session, thanks to our host Pondecheri!
