We invite you to learn meditation and penetrate deeper into "The Now", as we continue to study The Human Consciousness, it's awakening, and the scientific benefits of this ancient practice. Some of the benefits of Self-remembering or "Mindfulness" include: improved overall health, higher IQ (yes, it makes us smarter!), an overall sense of wellbeing and contentment, improves the quality of our relationships, among many other benefits.
