In this taster workshop, Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee will introduce to you the foundations of mindfulness, to discover the benefits of living in the present to improve health and wellness. Through various mindfulness activities, you will learn to open up your six senses - sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and thoughts - to pay attention to the present moment. These activities are designed to be easily incorporated into each individual's daily lives.
