This taster workshop facilitated by Mindfulness Coach Erin Lee introduces you to the mind-body stress reactivity and response system, the role of stress in our lives, as well as the effects of stress on our well-being. You will learn mindfulness practices that support the development of self-awareness and the understanding of the nature of the mind, thus acquiring basic skills to change the relationship you have with the stress you face in life.
