Mindfulness is a state of mind, an approach to life and work which is developed by consciously choosing to become more aware of what you are doing as you do it. It is stepping out of autopilot and becoming more aware of where you are investing your energy each day.

Mindfulness is like Pressing Pause which enables you to bring a different approach to how you deal with the stresses and pressure of everyday life and work. It frees you up to choose a more effective way of being so that you can experience:
