Do you always feel anxious about the future or get stuck dwelling on the past?
Do you find yourself worrying even when things are going well in your life?
Do you find it difficult to stop worrying and have trouble relaxing?
Do you want to add more meaningfulness to your life?
The Mindfulness workshop will teach you skills to live in the present moment and increase your enjoyment in life by learning ways to cope with the stress in your life. The workshop lasts 50 minutes and is open to all Mason students. Each session has different content and you may attend one, many, or all. No Initial Consultation at Counseling and Psychological Services is necessary. Registration is preferred but not required.
