Mindfulness is a practice which aligns our mind and body in order to better focus on the present moment. Being mindful allows you to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings to change the way you react to daily challenges and stress. Mindfulness allows you the freedom to live in the present moment without being overwhelmed with outside pressures. By being mindful, we allow ourselves to no longer be affected by outside thoughts of the past or future so that we can become productive and healthy in the now.

Join us for weekly mindfulness workshops where we will teach you the basic skills for mindfulness, and help you implement them in your daily life to be more productive and reduce stress. We will use strategies such as meditation, journaling, self-reflection, and group discussion to build the practice of mindfulness and purposeful thought. Each session with build upon skills of the past week(s), and will continue to provide strategies for practicing mindfulness outside of sessions.
