During this retreat you will get time to rest, be mindful, deepen your yoga practice, and listen to your heart to identify your dreams.

About this Event

Are you feeling overwhelmed, trapped, or stuck?

Are you wanting to change your life, career, or job?

Are your existing through your life instead of living it?

If you said “yes” to any of these questions, this is the retreat for you!

Being able to retreat from technology and over stimulation, will allow you to explore inwardly and acknowledge where you are now while visualizing where you would like to be in the future. This is a true gift for yourself. You will have time to develop personal, professional, and spiritual plans for your journey.

The retreat will also allow you the opportunity to connect your mind, body, and spirit - freeing ideas and thoughts using yoga. Restorative and flow yoga classes will be offered to support and challenge you.

Retreat includes: 6 meals, 2-nights lodging, and all activities

Note: Rooms have access to the shared bathrooms within each cabin.

Additionally: Registration includes one 1-hour coaching session to be scheduled after the retreat.

4:00 – 5:00 pm Friday – Check-In and Registration

5:00 – 6:00 pm Yoga class

6:00 – 7:00 pm Mindful Eating Exercise and Dinner

7:00 – 8:30 pm Welcome, Introductions, and Exploring your Current State (Mind, Body, Spirit)

8:30 – 9:30 pm Restorative Yoga Class


7:00 – 7:45 am – Mindfulness Hike [optional]

8:00 – 9:00 am Breath awareness and Breakfast

9:00 – 9:30 am Exploring your Future State (Mind, Body, Spirit)

9:45 – 11:00 am Yoga

11:00 – 12:00 pm Personal time

12:00 – 1:00 pm Breath awareness and Lunch

1:00 – 2:00 pm Personal time

2:00 – 3:00 pm Yoga

3:00 – 5:00 pm Create Vision Boards

5:00 – 6:00 pm Group discussions, personal time, extra time to complete vision boards

6:00 – 7:00 pm Breath awareness and Dinner

7:00 pm – Mindful Dance / Bonfire [weather dependent]


7:00 – 7:45 am – Wake-up stretch class [optional]

8:00 – 9:00 am Breath awareness and Breakfast (Clean up and Packing)

9:30 – 10:30 am Next Steps for Using Your Vision Board and Group Sharing

10:30 – 12:00 am Yoga

12:00 pm Breath awareness, Lunch, and Farewell
