Mindfulness Retreat Day London FULLY BOOKED

Participants will experience a selection of mindfulness practices. The day will have periods of silence allowing participants to slow down and better notice their inner experiences. Participants report that they have a “positive experience, feel refreshed” and that it is “ very relaxing, restful and restorative”. Participants often report that the day results in a transformational change. Participants will acquire an understanding of the basic concepts of mindfulness and go away from the day with tools that they can add to their repertoire of lifestyle interventions to take better care of their minds and bodies.
