Times are tough for so many people right now. Money is tight, worries are rising, and stress and anxiety are becoming part of everyday life. Mindfulness can help — gently, practically, and in ways that support real change.
The Mindfulness Now 8-Week Programme is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). It’s designed to support people from all walks of life in managing stress, anxiety, and low mood — while deepening wellbeing, self-awareness and compassion. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this course provides safe and supportive space to explore how mindfulness can transform everyday life.
It’s designed for real people with real lives — no experience needed.
What you’ll learn:
- practical tools for stress and anxiety
- simple techniques to calm the mind and body
- ways to improve sleep and emotional balance
- skills to respond rather than react
- mindfulness practices you can use anywhere
Most 8‑week mindfulness courses cost between £250 and £500 — and many are only offered online. Right now, that puts wellbeing out of reach for far too many people.
I don’t believe cost should ever be a barrier to mental wellness or personal growth.
So, I’m offering this course for an accessible price:
£30 total (non‑refundable). That’s just £5 a week for the full 8‑week programme. No strings attached.
If you feel the course is worth more — and you’re able to — you’re welcome to donate extra (either weekly or at the end). If you can’t or don’t want to, that is absolutely OK.

If 12 people book, I’ll open two free places for anyone who genuinely can’t afford the £30. Just message or email me privately — no judgement, no questions asked.
