In this workshop we will explore what Mindfulness is. What does it look like? How it could be beneficial to our daily lives - work, family, social, and spiritual.

The presentation will provide you with tools to help you improve your quality of life by implementing the practice of being mindful. This presentation will be informative and interactive to get you started on the path to mindfulness.
