Join in this class to help you focus on living every moment...fully, completely, entirely! Yoga is about realizing that nothing is either good or bad and creating balance in all aspects of your life. It's about being in a posture and holding it, for longer than you think you can, because you're too busy focusing on your breath to notice how much your thighs are burning. Suitable for all levels!
