Are you an entrepreneur or social warrior and feeling a bit overwhelmed right now? Can you tell your team is working hard through these transitions but could use a pause? Maybe working from home is new for you and it would be nice to check in with someone who understands?

Did you know science has proved that through mindfulness and positive psychology we can actually increase our ability to see creative and innovative solutions? It’s TRUE! Get ready to join others, who understand what you are navigating, and to learn more about these strategies!

Impact Hub Houston member, Lisbeth Janelle, Founder of UPWRD Collective , will be facilitating this session.

In this 40 minute session, we will come together virtually to:

  • check in
  • briefly meditate and move from the comfort of your laptop
  • learn tips on how to stay mindful, reduce stress, and positively move through these new times.

What you will need:

  • Pick a place in your home where you will feel comfortable enough to join the session with your webcam on
  • A Zoom link to access the event will be provided
  • Feel free to bring your cup of coffee along, too!

About our Facilitator:

Lisbeth Janelle is the Founder of UPWRD Collective, a company focused on transforming workplaces through mindfulness and social impact, has you covered to help you and your team use mindfulness as a strategy to get present to all the creative solutions in your path. We believe Presence drives innovation. As a former oil and gas overachiever turned entrepreneur she understands the pressures these new world changes have brought on. Taking a deep dive into mindfulness and how it can support business, she is completing a masters degree in Positive, Leadership, Strategy, and Transformation from IE University and has over 1500 hours of teaching and training in yoga. She is passionate about using fun, easy to integrate practices in your day to transform energy and mindset of yourself and your team to innovatively navigate this time.
