Have you ever found yourself wondering how you got from Point A to Point B, with no memory of the journey in between? Lost in our thoughts, we miss what's right in front of us. In response to our habitual distracted and unconscious thinking, school systems, police departments, corporations, prisons and individuals across the country have embraced a simple meditation practice called Mindfulness. Mindfulness not only helps us live each moment of our lives, but is proving itself an effective antidote to stress and anxiety, a major cause of ill health in the frantic world in which we live.

During this 8-week Mindfulness series, you will discover the subtle power and peacefulness that are always available, no matter what is happening in your world. The series will include Mindful practices to include mindful movement, mindful eating, mindful breathing, body scan, and other practices that will enhance your experience of life.
