For Mindfulness Meditation sessions simply come dressed comfortably and we will sit on chairs, you are also welcome to bring your own cushion if you prefer sitting on the floor. Mindfulness is being present in the moment, accepting what you observe and what you feel. Mindfulness can bring expanded awareness and connection with a place of stillness within you. The place from where you observe.
The group energy will support your experience and there is an opportunity to share and ask questions before and after each session. We will spend approximately 1/2 hour in Mindfulness Meditation.
Life is a living meditaiton and Mindfulness is a way of life, beginning with one step at a time.
Mindfulness accepts without any judgement. No self-judgement. This immediately relaxes tension in your mind and body.
Tracey is a Scientist (Microbiologist), a qualified NLP Master Coach, Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapist.Tracey is also an author, having written "How To Overcome Stress Naturally ~ with a forward by HH The Dalai Lama" in 2009. Each chapter has a simple exercise of Mindfulness & Meditation.
