This one-day Mindfulness Meditation for Wellbeing workshop is designed to give you a thorough introduction to the practise of Mindfulness; what it is, the benefits, what is involved, and its various applications. The day will involve a lot of practical work, so that you can fully understand how to practice mindfulness and continue to apply it to everyday life. Comprehensive supporting material and a meditation CD is included in the price. Refreshments will be provided, but you will need to bring a packed lunch. Only 3 places are left, so early booking is recommended.
