MBSR: Mindful Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness, as taught in the MBSR program, is recognized worldwide as the gold standard in mindfulness training and is one of the greatest health-promoting lifestyles chooses of our time. .

Learn how to tap into your inner well of strength, peace, and ease.

The practice may lead to easing depression and anxiety, managing weight, preventing hypertension and heart disease, living better with chronic pain, and so much more.

This orientation to MBSR is a requirement for the full 8-week MBSR program.
