About this Event
This is a 4-Week course consists of 4 (apx. 1 hour) Live Zoom Classes on Tuesdays @ 12PM EST (in addition to a Live replay at 8PM EST). The first class begins on 2/23/21. Classes run consecutively through 3/16/21
Also there is 21 days of Live meditation and journaling via a private Facebook Group.
