‘Mindfulness’ means paying attention to the present moment. Practicing mindfulness can help you cope with everyday life and deal with tough times.

In this workshop we will learn:
• 4 Components of mindful living
• Why we should practice mindful living
• An essential oil technique for letting go
• The importance of meditation and manifestation. With a short guided meditation.
