Mindfulness is Mental
Overview
Mindfulness for Everyday Life
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, with constant demands pulling you in every direction. This 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) led by Talking is Mental and Lesley Eadie, offers practical tools to meet life's challenges with clarity and compassion.
Join us at Collective Communities -Glasgow Collective, 15 E Campbell St, G1 5DT at 6pm-7.30pm from 22nd October to 3rd December. You’ll learn simple meditation techniques, explore how to change your relationship with anxiety, and develop greater awareness and balance in daily life. Through guided practice and gentle reflection, you'll create space to navigate life more mindfully. Our final session will be in early 2026 focusing on course reflection.
Led by Lesley Eadie, a certified Mindfulness-Based Living teacher passionate about helping others bring mindfulness into daily life. This course is for anyone curious about learning more about mindfulness and mindfulness practices and techniques.
