Mindfulness is a training methodology for the mind. Research continues to demonstrate that the mind has innate capabilities that can be strengthened. This program will allow you to explore mindfulness and build a personal practice that will support you in nurturing personal and organizational excellence.

This 2-day interactive workshop will include individual learning, self-reflection, group discussion and hands-on exercises and practices. Participants will be asked to participate in various activities that require physical, mental and emotional stamina.

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Develop a personal action plan to incorporate mindfulness practices into your work environment.
  • Develop awareness of the impacts of stress and negative emotions.
  • Apply practices/exercises to increase your focus and clarity.
  • Develop your capacity to self-reflect, self-observe and self-correct.
  • Increase your sense of moment to moment awareness of thoughts and emotions without judgment.
  • Increase effectiveness of communications with others.
