About this event

Being present, without judgement, to yourself, others, and your environment is a simple skill that can be learned and practiced, but it isn't easy. We call this "Mindfulness Honey."

Whether you are new to mindfulness and meditation or already have an established practice, Mindfulness Honey has something for you. Now in its fifth offering, the course is evolving and unscripted, so even past participants can benefit from the course content and the opportunity for connection, support, and structure in their ongoing practice.

This 12-week Mindfulness Honey course covers the basic concepts and practice of mindfulness, as well the application of mindfulness to everyday life experiences including relationships, communication, fitness and eating. Each class session lasts one hour and includes instruction, discussion, practical application, and guided meditation. Established benefits of mindfulness meditation practice include:

This live online Zoom course begins June 6, 2022 and meets weekly on Mondays from 8:30 - 9:30 PM Eastern Time (no class on July 4).
