Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgment. This four part series will practice skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will practice a variety of mindfulness exercises and assignments to increase mindfulness in your daily life.
This class meets every Thursday, December 1 through December 22 (four sessions).
NOTE: Prior participation in "Introduction to Mindfulness" or "Mindfulness for Wellness" required.
