A warm invitation to slow down, let go and take time for your wellbeing.

Whether we’re dealing with stress, health challenges or would simply like a little more peace, mindfulness can help. In this half day retreat, we'll come together for mindful meditation in a relaxed environment. And if you'd like to take mindfulness into your daily life, the afternoon will give you the tools to do that, too.

I’ll guide you through a series of beautiful mindful practices; some extended for deep release; some shorter and transferable to your everyday life. There’ll be opportunity to ask questions and a tea break half way through. Everyone from beginners to experienced meditators, most welcome.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Public Transport: Prestwich is a 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Manchester. From Prestwich tram stop, it's a ten minute walk to Creative Calm Yoga.

Driving: Priestwich is easily accessible.

Just hop off the M60 at junction 17 or drive 15-20 minutes from the centre of Manchester.

Parking: there's parking right outside Creative Calm, on Bury New Road. It's also easy to park on St Mary's Road which is a one minute walk away.

What's the access like at Creative Calm Yoga Studio?

Please not that the studio is on the first floor and it's necessary to climb stairs to access it.
