Description

Learn mindfulness techniques that bring relaxation and effortless focus to challenging situations and relationships. Instructor Laura Jackson has been practicing Zen meditation for 12 years and is a UCLA-trained mindfulness facilitator. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions for full benefit, but can attend individual sessions in the series as well: Wed. Feb. 7, Feb. 14, and Feb. 28 at 10:30 am.
