We know that Mindfulness can help us sleep better. According to the University of Surrey, it can improve sleep by up to 33%.

This fascinating Saturday morning workshop has been designed especially for those who want a refreshing night's sleep. Whether you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep this workshop is dedicated to helping you sleep better using Mindfulness. No previous experience of Mindfulness or Meditation are necessary.

Whether you've been struggling with sleep recently or have been a "life-long insomniac" join Delphi, a qualified Therapist and Mindfulness Practitioner, for fascinating sleep insights which include:

  • what really stops us sleeping
  • how your dreams can actually help
  • a tried-and-tested technique for healthy and refreshing sleep
