About this Event
Now, more than ever, teachers and caregivers are experiencing high rates of stress and burnout. In this workshop, we’ll introduce the concept of mindfulness, including benefits and common misconceptions, and explore how beginning your own mindfulness practice can ease chronic stress due to occupational burnout and other stressors. We’ll include practical applications for personal use as well as in the classroom setting.
