MSPC is thrilled to host this workshop led by clinical psychologists and Mindfulness Educators Drs. Stefanie and Elisha Goldstein.

About this Event

Please join us as we explore the science and practical applications of mindfulness and compassion in daily life. You'll learn tangible takeaways that busy families can start using now to decrease stress and increase calm and connection to thrive. The Hatch Auditorium is located on the second floor of the Guggenheim Pavilion (entrances at 1190 Fifth Avenue and 1468 Madison Avenue). Doors will close at 9:45am sharp!

Dr. Stefanie Goldstein is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles, co-creator of the GMA featured CALM program for teens, and most importantly a mom to three spirited boys. Visit her website to learn more about her work.

Dr. Elisha Goldstein is Licensed Clinical Psychologist, co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles, creator of the popular Online program A Course in Mindful Living, author of five books including Uncovering Happiness, and dad to three energetic boys.
