Join us, with special guest speaker, Claudia Rodriguez to learn skills to bring more mindfulness into our daily lives. Claudia Rodriguez is a Health and Nutrition Advisor and certified in positive psychology, who prides herself on helping clients build the skills needed to live a happy and enjoyable life.

Mindfulness practice is highly correlated with happiness and better health. In this workshop participants will learn what mindfulness actually means and learn about the physical, mental and emotional benefits of mindfulness. You will learn 5 simple mindfulness strategies to feel more relaxed, more present, learn how to control food cravings, and be happier.

Note: To be eligible for this session, you must be the spouse, partner, caregiver , or family memeber of an active duty service member or post-service veteran. Individuals widowed or divorced from an active duty service member or post-service veteran are also eligible to join this session.
