The Detroit Club in partnership with Namaste Life and Equanimity Tribe are inviting you to attend Mindfulness Brunch and connect with incredible people through Yoga/Meditation & Brunch. We will start your #selfcaresunday morning off right with a combination of 30-minutes Vinyasa yoga for all levels followed by a seated meditation located within the Detroit Club event space.

Mindfulness Brunch is an afternoon of nourishment and connection with yourself and the community around you. With the mantra of gratitude and awareness,we invite you to take a mindfulness journey with us by opening your senses to the world around you and engaging with your inner being!

We will move with our breath and end our yoga practice with meditation to bring mindfulness in conjunction with our movement to connect with your highest Self. Combining yoga and mindfulness meditation will help to improve our physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. After yoga and meditation practice,please join us for a delicious Brunch in the private dining room at the Detroit Club for some high-vibing nourishment.

Join Equanimity Tribe and Namaste Life at the beautiful Detroit Club with Shana Loggins who is a nutritionist, health coach, certified yoga instructor and the founder of Equanimity Tribe. Equanimity Tribe is a community that exists to make wellness accessible, inspirational, and digestible. We believe feeling your best is a way of thinking, living, and showing up for yourself in both body and mind. We don’t take drugs to achieve this state of being; people of any age can achieve it through good food to nourish the mind and yoga to rejuvenate the body. With support from my personal blogs, weekly newsletters, yoga coaching programs, online nutrition coaching, and a global community — our mission is to help you live whole, eat well, and feel amazing both physically and emotionally. Living a fun and healthy lifestyle is our jam.) for a yoga flow followed by mindfulness meditation led by Jurgita Atanaskovski who is a Life/Wellbeing coach helping women unleash their true potential by helping them to discover their own vision and what they stand for, uncovering and crushing fears that are holding them back, and empowering them to step out of their comfort zone by taking action steps towards their authentic and meaningful life. Jurgita has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has finished courses that included Bhastrika Pranayama breathing and Mindfulness Meditation practice through the Art of Living. Jurgita’s mission is to ignite people with passion for balanced and joyful life using overall wellbeing strategies that include meditation, yoga, exercise, healthy nutrition, social and emotional support.
