Course on Stress Reduction and Deepening your Mindfulness Practice.

Mindfulness-based stress reduction is a group program that was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970s to treat patients struggling with life’s difficulties and physical and/or mental illness. MBSR is currently widely used to bring around benefits of wellbeing and calm. Thousands of people aroudn the world aprticipated in MBSR programs.

MBSR is a step by step program for stress reduction. It’s composed of two main components: mindfulness meditation and mindful movement. The benefits of regular Mindfulness practice include clarity of mind, greate sense of calm, stabilised blood pressure, ability to relax and see the perspective, and a greater sense of wellbeing. It has scientifically been established that regular practice of Mindfulness positively contributes to mental, physical and emotional aspects of our lives.

Key details:

  • The course is 8-week long with a recommended retreat day during the studies
  • Weekly 2-hour online (LIVE) class @ 18:00 - 20:00, every Monday
  • It is not advisable to miss more than 2 classes

During the course, participants are invited to have an open mind and an open heart, as well as a full commitment to the program.

About the Teacher

Dilya is a founder of the Mindful Globe project and the lead teacher. Di has been on a Mindfulness journey for over 6 years. When her own practice brought a range of positive benefits to her mental, and physical health, as well as a new perspective and tools to deal with the life's challenges, she decided to start sharing the Mindfulness-based practices and techniques to calm and settle the mind with everyone else..

Di’s teaching started in a corporate world in the City (London), where she is established as a successful financial services professional. She founded a Mindfulness Community to share her experience, latest scientific results, guide meditations, and offer talks on wellbeing. She is offering sessions to everyone, who is looking for a sustainable solution to support them through their mental health challenges, life changing events, inability to focus, and finding their life purpose. Di offers Mindfulness drop-in sessions, Transformational Coaching, Talks and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Courses. Di is trained to teach Mindfulness-based practices, Compassion-based practices, Loving-Kindness meditation, and various visualisation practices for greater wellbeing and personal growth. She accomplished a number of Mindfulness courses, including MindfulnessUK Teacher Training.
