Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week group program that provides an introduction to a number of mindfulness meditation practices, including sitting meditation and various movement practices (ex. gentle stretching) as a way to manage stress.

The program involves attending a one-time orientation session and weekly 2-hour group meetings, one 6-hour weekend retreat and committing to daily 45-60 min home practice sessions for the duration of the course.

This program is led by qualified MBSR instructors, who have been certified through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies/ University of Toronto. Insurance receipts provided (for social work/MSW RSW services).

Fridays 6:15-8:15pm

Silent Retreat: March 30 2019, 9am-3pm

$448 - regular
